Telecommunications services provider Etisalat has apologised to its customers for the inconvenience caused by the disruption of its mobile and internet services yesterday.
"Earlier on Friday, there was a slowdown in the network, which affected our services in certain areas. This has been completely restored in record time, and all services are back to normal," Etisalat said in a statement today.
"Etisalat values its customers as one of the most important pillars of its continued growth and aims to provide the highest quality of services. Etisalat will provide suitable benefits to the customers who were affected," the company added.
