EGA hosts higher education students from Masdar Institute

Emirates Global Aluminium has hosted twenty-six Ph.D. and Master’s students from Masdar Institute. The students visited EGA’s headquarters in Al Taweelah, where they were given a safety induction and educated on EGA’s operations and processes during an in-depth tour.
The visit included a stop at the carbon plant, the casthouse, and the power plant, where students asked technical questions and were addressed by senior members of EGA teams.
Emirates Global Aluminium is the largest industrial company in the UAE outside the oil and gas industry, and has numerous collaborations with international and local academic institutions.
