UAE-based Ducab has reported strong financial performance for 2016, with a 15% overall EBITDA growth and a 25 percent increase in its reach in international markets.
Ducab appointed Jamal Salem Al Dhaheri as chairman in March 2017. The changeover is part of a normal rotation where both Senaat General Holding Corporation, Senaat, and the Investment Corporation of Dubai, being equal shareholders in Ducab, take turns in nominating the chairman position to the company's Board of Directors.
Al Dhaheri takes over from Dr. Ahmed Hasan bin Al Shaikh, who was in office from 2015 through 2017.
