Labour Minister Jameel bin Mohammed Ali Humaidan today issued an edict forming a committee to improve e-services.The panel will be chaired by Labour Ministry's Under-secretary for Labour Affairs Dr. Mohammed Ali Al Ansari. Its members will include a representative from the Central Informatics Organisation and another from the Labour Market Regulatory Authority (LMRA), as well as specialists and senior officials from the Labour Ministry.In a statement issued by the Ministry today, the move aims to upgrade the quality of services provided for all the beneficiaries, whether individuals or companies.The panel will have to have to improve the ministry's e-infrastructure and coordinate with other government departments to exchange expertise and adopt successful experiences in order to provide effective and speedy services for job seekers and receive workers' complaints.The edict is in line with the goals set by the e-Government, including upgrading the quality of services provided for the citizens and residents for the sake of saving their efforts and time.
