The Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources, Engineer Ali bin Ibrahim Al-Naimi received, at King Abdullah Center for Petroleum Studies here today Japanese Minister of State for Economy, Trade and Industry, Yusuke Takagi, currently on a visit to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
During this meeting, they discussed several issues, especially the current situation of the international petroleum market, the importance of its stability, and the Kingdom's influential and positive role being played in this stability to serve the interests of producing and consuming countries alike, as well as cooperation between the Kingdom and Japan in the field of petroleum, gas and mining.
The two sides also reviewed the joint development investments between the two countries.
