About 5 million pounds were allocated for upgrading and maintaining youth centers in Qaliobiya governorate, the governor said.

In press statements Thursday, Mohamed Abdel Zaher said the Social Fund for Development and the World Bank contribute to building and upgrading youth centers in the governorate.

He added that five new youth centers were set up at a cost of three million pounds.

He noted that a protocol is about to be finalized with the Youth Ministry to implement projects in the summer to secure jobs for youths.
