Burkina Faso's army joined talks with the opposition and civilian representatives on a transition government Saturday, having previously refused to take part, an AFP reporter said.
Colonel Auguste Denise Barry, the right-hand man of Lieutenant Colonel Isaac Zida -- the man who took control of the country after the ouster of President Blaise Compaore last week -- headed the army delegation for the talks.
