Free International Theater nights' festival kicks off in the Jordanian capital, Amman, on May 13, under the patronage of Culture Minister Nabih Shukm, on the theaters of the Royal Cultural Center. Nine Arab and foreign countries will present theatrical performances selected carefully to consolidate the concept of quality of theatrical product away from the courtesies and theatrical tourism seasons at several festivals, through the participation of Arab theater teams from Tunisia, Kuwait, Egypt and Oman.  The foreign performances will be from Mexico, Chile, Poland and France. Theater guests from the Arab world will participate as participants in the main intellectual symposium under the title "Theater and Music".

The event will be attended by Dr. Sameh Mahran from Egypt, Shadia Zeitoun from Lebanon and Dr. Said Karimi from Morocco. The great artist Hayat Al Fahad will be the character of the festival and the artist Sameh Al Saraiti will also be honored alongside artists Nadra Amran, Ziad Abu Sweilem and Rami Shafiq.

The Arab arbitration committee will be one of the largest and best-known playwrights in the Arab world and the workshop for young and novice youth. The great Kuwaiti artist Hayat Al-Fahd will be the character of the festival and artist Sameh Al-Saraiti will be the guest of honor of the festival.

The workshop will be accompanied by a practical and effective workshop for young and talented young people. The Tunisian director Moez Kediri will train the participants in the workshop for 10 days starting with the festival days. The production will be presented at the closing ceremony to see the actual and practical results of the workshops. The workshop was announced early through social media, and the number of registered in this workshop about 120 people.

With the support of the Ministry of Culture, Amman Municipality, Jordan Kuwait Bank, Jordan Television, Jordan Duty Free Shops, Jordanian Artists Association and Jet Company, the festival is organized by the Free Theater Association, in partnership with the Royal Cultural Center.

 The festival's high committee is headed by artist Amal Dabbas, and the membership of the head of the free theater artist Mohammed Al-Marashdeh, artist Maher Khammash, artist Bakr Qabbani, engineer Samer Khair from Amman Municipality, director Muhannad Safadi, director of programs on Jordanian TV, Hanan Al-Siyouf from the Royal Cultural Center, and producer Zakaria Ghassani.
