There's no doubt you have suffered a series of terrible disappointments. Instead of soldiering on, give yourself a chance to grieve. Take a few days off work, put family responsibilities on the back burner and turn your attention inward. What do you need to feel better about this situation? Maybe it's spending a few days in bed. Perhaps you would benefit from long walks outdoors. It's even possible you'll find working with your hands therapeutic.
