Rewayat, an imprint of Kalimat Publishing Group, has released 12 new novels during its participation at the 26th edition of the Abu Dhabi International Book Fair, which is running from April 27 until May 3 at Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre. Rewayat, forms a major part of Kalimat Group’s presence at the festival, which is seeing the participation of 1,260 exhibitors from 63 countries.

The 12 new novels, written by celebrated Arab and international authors, are characterised by their exciting narrative styles and engaging tone of voice, which have been developed to appeal to the age range of adolescents and young adults. The list comprises ‘Tensions of Copt,’ by writer Amin Taj Al Sir; ‘Deaton,’ by author Asmaa Qadri; ‘Circles,’ by author Ruba Al Dera'a; ‘Coming late’ by Ali Al Hudaithi; ‘Maggot Moon,’ by Sally Gardner; ‘Women's Cities,’ by Najmuddin Saman; ‘Passion and Pistachio,’ by Wafa Modhesh; ‘Heaven's Nail,’ by Abdul Aziz Mousa; ‘Dahan’ by Mohamed Ould Salem; ‘Shankrara,’ by Radiya Al Shahaybi; ‘Eshkil’ by Enas Al Abbasi and ‘Scene's Witnesses’ by Ahmed Ben Mimoun.

In addition to its 12 new titles, Rewayat has also been showcasing its existing collection of novels and short stories for young adults that have been released since its inception, with all the displayed titles generating a positive reaction from visitors to Kalimat's stand at the fair.
