First batch of the (Typhoon) fighters were received by the Royal Air Force of Oman (RAFO) under the auspices of Major General Matar bin Ali Al Obaidani Commander of RAFO, at the Adam Air Base.
It is the first batch of Typhoon fighters that will be received according to the planned stages of the project.
The Typhoon fighter is one of the modern multi-task combat aircraft because it has many advanced systems that provide it with high capabilities. The aircraft is equipped with advanced systems that qualify it to deal with different circumstances.
A number of RAFO senior officers and non-commissioned officers attended the ceremony of arrival of the first batch of (Typhoon) fighters.
