The striker, who arrived at San Siro from Atletico Madrid last summer, admits that confidence has been affected by a run of six games without a victory in all competitions, but the former Manchester United man insists that the players have not lost faith in their boss. "Ranieri is a great coach," Forlan told Uefa.com. "In fact, I've played against his teams in England and in Spain a few times, and I always respected him. "He's coached many big teams. Now I am coached by him, and it's a real privilege. "We are convinced that we can return to how we were doing during that series of seven consecutive wins [in Serie A]." Forlan has his own worries at the moment, having managed just one league goal this season. However, he insists that he does not regret moving to Inter. "I came here, played a few matches, and then the coach changed," he said, alluding to the early-season dismissal of Gian Piero Gasperini. "It happens - [then] suffering an injury, too. However, I have always felt happy here; I'm totally convinced by the decision to come." Forlan will be hoping that Inter can return to winning ways in Wednesday night's Champions League last 16 first-leg clash with Marseille at Stade Velodrome.
