Western Force have signed young Auckland Blues back Winston Stanley for the next two Super 15 seasons, the Australian team said on Thursday. Stanley, 22, was a member of New Zealand’s Under-19 World Cup winning team in 2007 and was also in the victorious Under-20 side two years later. His performances at the 2009 U20 tournament earned a nomination as the IRB Junior Player of the Year. Stanley made his Super Rugby debut for the Blues in 2009 and for the last three seasons has played alongside older brother and All Black centre Benson Stanley, while his uncle is former All Black and 1987 World Cup winner Joe Stanley.
