Andres Iniesta is fit to play in Barcelona's derby game at Espanyol on Sunday after he returned to training on Saturday following a left thigh injury, the Spanish and European champions announced. "On Saturday, Andres Iniesta got the green light from the club doctors after training and will be able to play in the derby on Sunday," read a statement on the Barcelona website. Sunday's game represents Barça's first league assignment of 2012 and follows their 4-0 victory over Osasuna in the first leg of a Copa del Rey last-16 tie on Wednesday. Iniesta injured himself in a game against third-tier Hospitalet in the previous round last month. Iniesta and his team-mates were joined in training on Saturday by their former colleague Rafael Marquez, who represented the Catalan side between 2003 and 2010. The 32-year-old former Mexico international currently plays for New York Red Bulls but has made the most of the Major League Soccer winter break to spend some time training with his old club.
