Mike Richards fired a goal over Roberto Luongo's shoulder in the third round of the shootout Tuesday to give the Los Angeles Kings a 3-2 win over Vancouver. Dustin Penner and Justin Williams scored in regulation for the Kings and Jonathan Quick notched 31 saves for the road victory. Daniel Sedin and David Booth scored for the Canucks, who lost their second in a row. Luongo finished with 39 saves. Vancouver tied the score twice in the closely fought contest. After Penner gave Los Angeles the early lead in the first period, Sedin scored on a power play at 2:41 of the second to make it 1-1. Williams came back with a power-play goal at 15:14 but Booth knotted it at 2-2 with a wrist shot at 5:00 of the third period to point the game toward overtime.
