Miley (2-0) baffled the Phillies on two hits, walking one and fanning seven to secure the victory. Philadelphia starter Kyle Kendrick (0-1), starting in place of the injured Cliff Lee, was bombed for seven runs on 11 hits over before being yanked after three-plus innings.
