Public stopped from attending basketball qualifiers in Egypt

Fans are not allowed to attend the African Basketball Championships in Alexandria for security reasons. Alexandria Union Club received an official letter from authorities with the decision. The first round of qualifiers will be held in a military stadium on November 1. The team's technical director expressed his deep sadness for this decision, because he was expecting basketball fans to be able to attend the matches.
