President of the Republic, Abdelaziz Bouteflika congratulated Sunday ES Setif after its victory at CAF Champions League, stressing that this major team offered the Algerian people "a precious gift on the 60th anniversary of the outbreak of November Revolution."
"The major football team ES Setif offered our public and the Algerian people a precious gift on the day of the anniversary of the outbreak of November Revolution, adding further joy to this historic event," said President Bouteflika in a congratulation message addressed to ES Setif and its staff. "This victory at CAF Champions League is not a coincidence, it is the result of the efforts spent by this team during awkward games with strong African teams," the Head of State affirmed.
"We extend congratulations to our team, its staff and the public that encouraged it throughout the adventure to this wonderful victory," President Bouteflika added.
"We wish to our team other victories to defend our national colors and highlight the genius of our youth in all areas," President Bouteflika stressed.
