Kuwait's national swimming team won six medals - three gold, one silver, and two bronze - Thursday in the second day of the 12th Arab Swimming Age Groups Championships, bringing total to four golds, two silvers, and two bronzes.
In the Men 400 LC Meter Freestyle (14-15) event, Ali Boabbas finished at 4:10.46 minutes to win a gold, Mohammad Taleb Behbehani, director of the team's coaching staff, stated to KUNA.
In the Boys 200 LC Meter IM (12-13) event, Ali AL-Zamel finished at 2:38.69 minutes to win a bronze.
In the Men 200 LC Meter IM (14-15) event, Abdurrazaq Al-Dhawaihi finished at 2:14.56 to win a gold.
In the Men 100 LC Meter (14-15) Breaststrok event, Mohammad Basheer finished at 1:08.53 to win a gold.
The event, organized by Dubai International Aquatic Championships (DIAC) in cooperation with the UAE Swimming Federation, kicked off yesterday at Hamdan Sports Complex with participation of 13 Arab countries, and it is to conclude on April 4th.
