Kuwait SC basketball team defeated Al-Sahel SC 83-30 in the first game of the 53rd basketball league on Sunday.
Kuwait's Serbian coach used the expertise of some of his veteran players; Rashed Riyadh, Abdullah Al-Shammari, and Fahad Al-Dhafiri to control the game from the jump-ball, attaining a convincing win to his team; the defending champion.
In another game, Al-Jahra SC defeated Al-Tadhamon 76-68 in a very thrilling and competitive game as Al-Jahra's Kuwaiti coach Saud Al-Rabah also used expertise of his veteran players and well-conditioning of young players to attain a well-deserved win.
Meanwhile, Kazma SC beats Al-Shabab SC 83-35 in a one-sided game, during which Kazma's Bahraini coach Salman Ramadhan used skills and expertise of his players Ahmad Al-Baloushi, Abdullah Tawfiq, Mohammad Ashkanani, Nawaf Al-Dhafiri, and Bahraini international Maitham Jameel to make the difference and attain the win.
