The agent of Vasco da Gama star Juninho has raised the prospect of the former Brazil international midfielder leaving the Rio outfit next season. Player manager Jose Fuentes says the 37-year-old is yet to receive an offer to extend his contract with the club beyond this year. "Nobody from Vasco has contacted me yet," Fuentes told Brazilian daily O Globo on Wednesday. "I am waiting for them. Other clubs both within Brazil and abroad have expressed their interest. They have made us aware of their intentions and listened to the conditions from our side. "But from Vasco there has been nothing. My interpretation is that perhaps they are not so interested in keeping him." The club's president Roberto Dinamite admits the club is yet to make an offer to the former Lyon star, but denies it reflects a lack of intent. "I still haven't spoken with Fuentes because I had a chat with Juninho last Saturday," Dinamite said. "We are going to get together to put forward a proposal shortly." Free-kick specialist Juninho played 350 matches and scored 100 goals in a celebrated nine-year career at Lyon that included seven consecutive league titles. He is a fan favorite at Vasco, with whom he played 295 matches before his 2001 move to the French club.
