Etisalat Telecommunication company
Abu Dhabi - Arab Today

Etisalat has waived off roaming charges on calls made to its 24x7 Travellers' Help Line for mobile post-paid customers travelling abroad.
Etisalat's roaming customers can reach Customer Care Centre by dialling *145*8002300#, upon which they will receive an immediate call back from Etisalat, connecting them with the customer care agent.
As the travelling season is fast approaching in the UAE when the schools close for the summer vacation, Etisalat customers can opt for daily, weekly and monthly packages for roaming and in case of any problem they face in communication transactions, they can call the centre free of cost, solve the problem, communicate with the persons in touch and enjoy the vacation, a source said.
The calls to the centre will be free of charge for post-paid subscribers, while Wasel prepaid mobile customers will enjoy reduced charges, whereby they will be charged standard incoming roaming call rates
The move will allow Etisalat's outbound roamers to get their roaming concerns and queries resolved and answered from overseas without having to worry about paying for the calls.
Khaled ElKhouly, Chief Marketing Officer at Etisalat, said, "We are extremely pleased to give our postpaid valued customers access to the customer care centre from outside the country free of charge, and assist them at any time, regardless where they are around the world.
"Mobile connectivity is an integral part of overseas travel and we want to ensure a hassle-free travel as our customers go abroad for business or pleasure.
"Earlier, we launched a unique round-the-clock ‘Live Chat' feature on our new Etisalat UAE app that gives customers an economical way to contact our customer care agents while roaming.
"The move to waive off and discount outbound calling charges to our Customer Care Centre for post-paid and prepaid accounts is an extension of our commitment to provide seamless travel experience and connectivity, which is also very easy on our customers' pockets”, ElKhouly added.
Subscribers can also reach the Etisalat customer care centre through existing number +9718002300 which will be charged as per standard roaming calls to UAE, as well as by sending email to roamingcare@etisalat.ae.
Etisalat is committed to enrich customer experience continuously by signing new roaming partnerships and introducing value-packed voice and data packages for its roaming customers.
