Ismailia Governor Yassin Tahir announced on Sunday that the Ismailia International Folklore Festival will be re-organized after a five-year suspension.
The re-organization of the festival sends a message to the whole world and tourists that security is restored in Egypt, the governor told MENA.
The festival was suspended for five years after the incidents that followed the January 25 revolution.
