Internationally Accredited Lecturer in Human and Self Development, Abdullah Mohammed Al Barghouthi, confirmed that a positive personality is the strongest weapon for every person to achieve ambition, goals and overcome obstacles. A positive personality is a group of acquired characteristics such as, patience, optimism, smile, hope, sacrifice, strong well, planning, creation and innovation.
During an interview with “Arab Today” he said that, the most unique positive characteristics are smile, patience, and a renewed character that always works on self-improving, help others, and plans well for the future. Experts on human development say that, the positive character is an acquired one that is always improving and benefiting from other experiences, and it is like a magnet that attracts successful people, who in return challenge him or her to work on themselves and achieve their dreams.
Al Barghouthi compared between the positive and negative character, adding that, the positive person has the ability to find solutions, accept life challenges, continue developing and see the future in a bright way, while the negative person causes troubles, loses himself or herself in details, lacks motives, lives on memories and feels depression and failure.
In order to have a positive personality, Al Barghouthi advises people to stay away from negative and depressing thoughts, to meet positive friends, to plan for the future, and to have determination and power to overcome problems and enjoy life.
