The UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres has condemned the attack in Rasheedin west of Aleppo on 5,000 evacuees traveling from Foah and Kefraya towns to government-held areas.
The UN chief expressed his condolences to the families of the victims wishing those injured a speedy recovery. He called on the parties to ensure the safety and security of those waiting to be evacuated pursuant to the Four Towns Agreement.
