Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman praised on Monday God Almighty for helping pilgrims complete their Haj rituals in safety, comfort and peace.
While chairing the weekly Cabinet meeting, he expressed his thanks and appreciation to Crown Prince Mohammed bin Naif and Makkah Gov. Prince Khaled Al-Faisal, for their hard work, and to all officials, employees and military personnel for their devotion, which contributed to the great success of Haj.
In a statement to SPA, Isam bin Saad bin Saeed, acting culture and information minister, said the Cabinet commended the results of the visit of the crown prince to the US during which he headed the Kingdom’s delegation to the 71st annual session of the UN General Assembly.
The Cabinet denounced the bombings and terrorist acts in Afghanistan, Turkey, Pakistan and at an Indian military base in Kashmir, and offered the Kingdom’s condolences to the families of the victims in these countries, while wishing the injured speedy recovery.
