Bahrain has strongly condemned the two terrorist attacks that targeted two mosques in the Afghan capital, Kabul, which resulted in deaths and injuries to scores of people.
Bahrain News Agency quoted a statement of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs affirming the kingdom's stance with Afghanistan in its efforts to combat terrorism and support security and peace. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs expressed deep condolences to the families of the victims and wished for a speedy recovery of the injured.
The ministry reiterated Bahrain's position of rejecting terrorism in all its forms and manifestations, whatever its motives and justifications, and stressed the importance of closer international cooperation to combat this serious scourge.
