Member of the Management Board of Zamalek SC, Ahmed Murtada Mansour, said that his new position as supervisor of the White team is very difficult, and he is trying to serve the club, especially as he is young and has great enthusiasm driven by the will to develop the club.
He added that the first phase of the development of the football sector, is to develop the infrastructure of the club, pointing out that they have established an new Gym for football players, locker rooms and a new unit of hospitalization. In addition, they built new administrative offices for the coaching staff, and a small hotel for the players.
Mansour said that he submitted his vision for the sector to the club president, who expressed his approval. He pointed out that the members of the Board of Directors and president of the club were keen to inspect the new facilities.
Cairo’s Giant Zamalek will have its own small hotel with 11 rooms, and a lounge equipped to watch football matches, in addition to the convenience of the players. Mansour stressed that he has big ambitions for Zamalek, noting that his club has the first club to have a private bus, and it is possible to have the first private plane.
The second phase of the development of the football sector, will be related to financial issues and contracts at the club, as he put a certain financial system and will develop financial regulations for the players, based on reward and punishment policy. The third stage depends on the development of the football players and allows them to benefit from their presence in Zamalek, but these two stages have not been approved yet by the management. Mansour also aims to establish a new branch of the club in the sixth of October city, in addition to a new stadium.
