Jerusalem Affairs Department in the Palestine Liberation Organization has warned of the risk of racism calls from extremist Jewish organizations to raid Al-Aqsa Mosque, accompanied by senior settler rabbis to perform the Talmudic ritual in the courtyards of Al-Aqsa.
In its statement, the department denounced the dozens of extremist settlers breaking into the courtyards of Al-Aqsa Mosque on the Moroccan Gate's side while heavily guarded by the Israeli occupation troops and police. They implemented provocative rounds in the courtyards of the mosque, thus, responding to the callings of these Jewish extremist terrorist organizations, and continuously urging settlers to trespass onto the courtyards of Al-Aqsa Mosque and desecrate it through performing Talmudic rituals by the Jewish rabbis as well as assaulting innocent worshipers including women and children.
The department also stated that it is perceiving the dangerous violations that are happening in Al-Aqsa Mosque with extreme seriousness and they will not be dealt with lightly, as they have exceeded the limit of what is forbidden under the disregard of the Israeli government for the sanctity of the place, seeing that it is providing cover for the settlers to tamper with it and consistently break into it and assault worshipers and expel the fro the premises, thus depriving them from praying in it.
The settlers consistently storm Al-Aqsa Mosque and most recently today, as groups of settlers stormed the Mosque under heavy escort provided by the Israeli police.
