Worshippers offer absentee funeral prayer for martyr of nation Khalid Al Shehi
Fujairah - Arab Today
An absentee funeral prayer was performed on Wednesday in Fujairah for the soul of Emirati martyr Captain Pilot Khalid Mohammad Al Shehi.
A large number of worshippers performed the prayer following Duhur, "Noon" prayer, at Martyrs Mosque in Al Qadfa, Fujairah.
The General Command of the UAE Armed Forces had earlier announced that an aircraft had crashed due to a technical failure while performing its duties in Yemen as part of the Saudi-led coalition’s operations, leading to the martyrdom of one of the crew members, while some others went missing.
Worshippers expressed their heartfelt condolences to the family of the martyr, praying to Allah Almighty to rest his soul in Paradise.
