Two Saudi fighter pilots have been evacuated after their jet plane crashed in an operation zone in Yemen, Spokesman of Arab Coalition Forces for Supporting Legitimacy in Yemen, Col. Turki Al-Malki announced.
The Saudi Press Agency (SPA) carried the spokesman’s statement, saying a technical malfunction caused an inbound Saudi jet fighter to crash in an operation zone in Yemen after executing a mission there, the two pilots involved walked away from the accident uninjured.
Col. Al-Malki said land and air forces of the Arab Coalition Forces successfully jointly carried out a search and rescue operation to evacuated the two pilots from the crash scene.
