Tunis - SANA

Al-Tunisiya newspaper revealed that tens of Tunisian fighters entered into Idleb province last week via Iskenderun to fight in Syria. The newspaper said in a report published Thursday that about 43 Tunisian gunmen arrived through the airport of Antakya and other regions before the Turkish intelligence moved them to the border to enter Syria. The report referred to a footage that showed around 20 terrorists, who called themselves 'the Tunisian Battalion', driving a truck in a border area between the western countryside of Aleppo and Iskenderun. "Last week and the beginning of this week was tragic for some Tunisian families upon learning the news about the death of their sons," the newspaper said. It cited a number of Tunisian young men from various Tunisian cities and areas who were killed in Syria fighting alongside members of al-Qaeda-linked Jabhat al-Nusra against the Syrian Arab Army. The Tunisian al-Chourouk newspaper published last Tuesday a list of Tunisian terrorists killed in different areas in Syria. Yemeni Website: Fighters from Muslim Brotherhood Movement Went to Syria In the same context, the Yemeni al-Saba'I news website revealed that a group of gunmen affiliated to the Muslim Brotherhood Movement in Yemen have headed to Syria to join the terrorist groups. The website quoted a leader at the Movement as saying that "a group of fighters went to Syria to fight against the Syrian regime," noting that this leader will be among the second batch to be sent to Syria during the current month. The website clarified that the Yemeni gunmen are entering Syria across the Jordanian territories.
