Qatar's fuel shipment to Gaza is resuming successfully Monday after the Israeli authorities have allowed the entry of the third shipment of fuel Sunday into the Gaza Strip through the Karem Abu Salem crossing. The Karem Abu Salem crossing is partially running today to allow the Qatari fuel shipment to Gaza's sole power plant, Gaza crossing official Raed Fattouh said. He added around 230 shiploads of aid for commercial, agricultural and transport sectors are expected to be allowed into Gaza today including 11 trucks of construction materials and 30 relief trucks of UNRWA, along with other 29 trucks of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP). Also, limited amounts of cooking gas, transportation fuel, Qatari Fuel and Israeli fuel would be allowed to enter Gaza. Israeli occupation authorities opened on Sunday the Kerem abu Salem crossing, southern Gaza Strip, to allow the entry of a new Qatari fuel shipment, needed to run the only power plant in the sector.
