The Sharjah Ladies Club, SLC, branches and Al Zahra Hospital Sharjah, signed an MoU, on Sunday, to establish a strategic partnership to launch an array of health programmes and projects for SLC members. The MoU testifies SLC’s strong commitment to providing their members with quality health services.

Amna Al Shanasi, Manager of SLC branches, and Santhosh Skaria, CEO of Al Zahra Hospital Sharjah, signed the MoU. The agreement sets out a plan to organise a programme for free health check-ups every quarter for SLC branch members, who will be provided with Royal Class subscription cards. In return, SLC will promote Al Zahra Hospital’s premium health services in their branches and on their website.

"At SLC, we are keen to deliver premium services to our members, and seek to make every effort to facilitate their wellbeing. For this, we always pay special attention to our members’ health. We strongly believe this new agreement with Al Zahra Hospital Sharjah will go a long way in enabling us to meet our health and wellness goals we have for our members," Al Shanasi said.

Skaria said, "Through this partnership that brings us together with one of the most important recreational centres for women in the UAE, we are committed to offering all of our services and qualified medical teams to Sharjah's Ladies Club members. We look forward to the quarterly medical programmes we will be organising at SLC's across Sharjah."

As part of the collaboration, Al Zahrah Hospital Sharjah will organise educational workshops, lectures and medical examinations at all 10 SLC branches. The ladies club will also promote services delivered by Al Zahra Hospital to its patients, by placing its brochures and flyers at all SLC branches detailing their activities and events, in addition to advertising on their website.
