Governor of Mecca Makkak Province and Head of the Hajj Central Committee Prince Khalid Al-Faisal bin Abdulaziz today announced the success of pilgrimage season for the Hijri year 1433AH. Prince Khalid Al-Faisal bin Abdulaziz congratulated the Government of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud and Crown Prince Deputy Premier and Defence Minister Prince Salman bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud for ensuring the pilgrims all means of comfort and services. In a press conference held today, Prince Khalid Al-Faisal bin Abdulaziz extended thanks to the Hajj Supreme Committee chaired by Interior Minister Prince Ahmed bin Abdulaziz as well as the establishments and bodies taking part in pilgrims' services. He said that more than 120,000 security men had been mobilized to provide services for pilgrims, in addition to 10,000 vehicles, 25 civil defence helicopters and public security 20 helicopters operated by 360 pilots and technicians, as well as 30,000 surveillance cameras, 100 roving security patrols, and 200 security centres.
