The Administrative Prosecution on Tuesday referred a teacher in Deir Mwas primary school in the Upper Egyptian governorate of Minya to urgent disciplinary court over charges of committing acts of sabotage and terrorist crimes.
He is also accused of stirring chaos and targeting some governmental facilities in Deir Mwas city.
Prosecution Spokesman Counselor Mohamed Samir explained in a released statement that investigations revealed that the suspect had been accused more than once in military criminal cases.
He had been accused of involvement in sabotaging the City Hall building and other affiliated facilities and setting the building ablaze.
He was also accused of possessing illegal firearms and fire shooting while robbing some property of the building to intimidate citizens.
