President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan has sent a congratulatory cable to Custodian of The Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah Bin Abdulaziz Al Saud of Saudi Arabia, on the success of surgery and discharge from the hospital and wished him good health. Meanwhile, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, UAE Vice President and Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, also dispatched a similar cable to King Abdullah. Sheikh Khalifa has received a congratulatory cable from Russian President Vladimir Putin on the UAE’s 41st national day. In his cable, the Russian head of state expressed satisfaction at the progress in UAE-Russian relations, saying he was confident that continued efforts to strengthen contacts and boost bilateral cooperation will serve the long-term interests of the two peoples and contribute to maintaining peace, security and stability in the Gulf region. General Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, sent a congratulatory cable to King Abdullah. President Putin wished Sheikh Khalifa and the friendly UAE people more progress and prosperity.
