Jordanian Financial Minister, UAE Ambassador discuss cooperation

Dr. Omar Malhas, Jordanian Minister of Finance, has received Matar Saif Al-Shamsi, UAE Ambassador to the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
During the meeting, which was held at the ministry's headquarters, Dr. Malhas congratulated Mr. Al-Shamsi on the occasion of assuming his duties as Ambassador of the United Arab Emirates to the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
The meeting touched on means of boosting financial and investment cooperation between the two brotherly countries and means of developing them.
The Jordanian Minister of Finance commended the UAE's stance supporting the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan and carrying out several important development projects which are directly reflected in the reduction of the Jordanian budget deficit in light of the economic conditions prevailing in the Kingdom.
The UAE Ambassador highlighted the directives of the UAE's wise leadership to boost relations with the Kingdom in all fields, commending the outstanding relations between the UAE and Jordan in the fields of finance and investment.
