The Jordan Chamber of Commerce and the Jordan Chamber of Industry will organize on Thursday in cooperation with the Jordan-Europe Business Association (JEBA) the Jordanian-Cypriot Business Forum on the sidelines of the Cypriot President Demetris Christofias visit to the Kingdom. The forum will discuss means of forging closer economic and trade ties between the two countries and set up joint investment projects. President of the Jordan Chamber of Commerce Nael Kabariti said a joint cooperation agreement will be signed between the Amman chambers of Industry and commerce and the Cypriot Chamber of Industry. Trade exchange between Jordan and Cyprus did not exceed $6 million in 2011.
