ERC provides more relief aid to Shabwah, Yemen
Shabwah - Arab Today
The Emirates Red Crescent, ERC, has continued providing relief aid to the underprivileged in various areas in Shabwah Governorate in Yemen.
The humanitarian gesture is in line with the ERC's humanitarian support provided by the UAE for the people of Yemen with the aim of improving their living conditions.
The ERC representative in the governorate has emphasised the philanthropic authority's keenness to improve the living conditions of the population. This will be made possible by giving remote villages in the governorates access to assistance.
He added that the campaign is also in completion of the basket distribution process in Shabwah.
Officials in the governorate and a number of beneficiaries appreciated the efforts of the UAE, and its humanitarian and development arm in Shabwah, which would contribute to bringing the lives of the people to normalcy and easing their suffering.
