The Dubai Health Authority, DHA, on Wednesday held a ‘Leaders at Your Service’ session where the Director of the Health Regulation Department at DHA directly addressed public queries.
The initiative takes place once a week and provides customers with an opportunity to directly express their feedback, suggestions and complaints to senior DHA leaders.
The Director of the Health Regulation Department, Dr. Marwan Al Mulla, engaged with customers on various topics related to health regulation via call centre phone calls and social media.
Dr. Al Mulla emphasised that the Health Regulation Department aims to protect customers by regulating the licences issued for health facilities and health care employees in Dubai.
During the event, Dr. Al Mulla responded to the public’s questions and complaints, which mainly revolved around medical licences and services provided by the regulation department.
He also responded to participants who shared their remarks on some of the services that they would like to see in the future. Several other queries were addressed during the one-hour live session.
