Khawla Al Mulla, Chairperson of the Sharjah Consultative Council, SCC, has launched the Council’s strategy for 2017-2021 during the opening of the third ordinary session of the ninth legislative chapter.

Al Mulla announced the strategy of the Consultative Council of the Emirate of Sharjah 2017-2021 following its approval by H.H. Dr. Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah.

The strategy was prepared within 160 working days at eight workshops in which 70 staff members participated, she added.

Al Mulla announced that the next session will be held on Thursday, November 2, 2017, and will discuss the response to the speech of the Sharjah Ruler at the opening of the third regular session of the ninth legislative chapter.

She noted that the session will also discuss a draft law concerning procurement, tenders, auctions and warehouses for the Government of Sharjah.
