Ajman Executive Council offers AED125,000 to Ajman Centre

The Permanent Committee for Social Development of the Ajman Executive Council has offered financial support to the tune of AED125,000 to the Ajman Centre for the Rehabilitation of People with Determination on the occasion of the Zayed Humanitarian Work Day, with the support of a few personalities and businessmen.

This occurred during a meeting attended by Sheikha Azza bint Abdullah Al Nuaimi, Chairwoman of the Permanent Committee for Social Development, and Mouza Ibrahim Al Nuaimi, Director of the Centre.

They reviewed the services offered by the centre to the targeted sectors and groups, and the needs of the centre, as well as the early intervention services of the centre, which focussed on the early age group from 0 to 5 years.

Sheikha Azza praised the role of the centre, and its services and efforts to provide for the needs of the people with determination, especially the functional treatment section, which includes providing physical and mental services to children who are below the age of eight, and the individual treatment service, which is related to treating the problems of foot and hand, and physiotherapy.

She noted that this support reflects the desire of the Permanent Committee to support this sector, with the help of altruistic personalities and businessmen.
