Abu Dhabi Music and Arts Foundation, ADMAF, has invited Emirati and Arab actors to take part in a theatre training course to empower, foster and further develop their skills in performing arts.
Developed as part of the Abu Dhabi Festival 2018, ADF18, the course will run from 21st January to 8th February, 2018, and will be led by renowned UAE theatre practitioner Dr. Habib Ghuloom Al Attar, leading actor of stage and screen and Director of Culture and Community Activities at the Ministry of Culture and Knowledge Development.
Participants are invited to submit their applications before 13th January, 2018. The three-week course will allow actors to hone their creative talents in improvisation, voice, movement and character development. The final performance will be hosted at Umm Al Emarat Park on 31st March 2018k, as part of ADF18’s Youth Platforms.
This year’s Abu Dhabi Festival delivers multidisciplinary and capacity-building youth platforms and community programmes across the UAE, empowering local talent in arts and culture.
