The Fourth Abu Dhabi Strategic Debate (ADSD) organized by Emirates Policy Center (EPC) concluded its panels and activities in the Emirates Palace in Abu Dhabi.
EPC President Dr. Ebtesam Al Ketbi said the center finds that the first step to overcome the current crises in the region is to rebuild states and their institutions on the foundation of political rationality and regional equilibrium.
This year’s edition of ADSD included 9 panel sessions, with the participation of more than 100 prominent politicians, diplomats, experts, academicians and specialists in international relations and Futures Studies, in addition to the presence of more than 500 participants from the UAE, the Gulf States, the Arab region and the world.
Emirates Policy Center organizes its annual Abu Dhabi Strategic Debate, in order to discuss the important strategic issues concerning the UAE and the Gulf Cooperation Council, which contributes to the UAE's own vision of international and regional orders, and to continue to try to explore the map of transformations of power and its distribution in world order and its reflection on the UAE.
ADSD also aims to identify and examine regional and international developments in terms of politics, security, and economy, and to utilize its conclusions to strengthen UAE policies and develop alternative options and solutions to regional crises.
