His Highness Shaikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah, has issued an Emiri decree appointing four new judges to the emirate’s Court of First Instance. The judges, Fathi bin Al Hadi Al Qala’a, Al Shazli bin Mabrouk Fares, Ibrahim bin Farah bin Farah and Mohammed Al Obeidli bin Saleh, took the oath of office at the Emiri Court on Wednesday. before Shaikh Saud, who wished them success in discharging their duties and dispensing justice and rights.
