Amman - SANA

220 displaced Syrians came back home on Tuesday from al-Zaatari Camp in northern Jordan fleeing the bad living conditions. Commander of the Jordanian General Security , Col. Zaher Hafez Abu Shehab, told a parliamentary delegation visiting the camp that 250 Syrians submit applications for return to their homeland daily. He pointed out that around 2000 of the displaced Syrians however applied to move out from the camp to other Jordanian provinces, noting that 300 of these applications are given approval on a weekly basis. Tens of Syrians willingly returned home from al-Zaatari Camp over the past months fleeing the difficult humanitarian conditions due to the lack of humanitarian and medical services, in addition to the acts of abduction, theft and incendiaries that take place inside and around the camp.
