Karazai promises presidential elections on due time

Afghanistan's President Hamid Karazai announced that presidential elections in his country will be conducted on due time in the year 2014 by the end of his term in office reegardless of a tense security situation amidst worries spurred by an anticipated NATO withdrawal from Afghanistan. Karazai at a press conference in Kabul today promised that presidential elections in Afghanistan will definitely be conducted , adding that if histerm in office has been extended for one day more, it should be deemed as unlawful”.
