UAE, Argentina discuss joint cooperation

UAE Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Foreign Minister, met in Buenos Aires, Minister of Foreign Affairs, International Trade and Worship of the Republic of Argentina, Susana Mabel Malcorra. 

They reviewed distinguished bilateral relations between the UAE and Argentina and ways to enhance them. Sheikh Abdullah and Malcorra also discussed cooperation in the fields of energy, investment and exchange of visits between officials of the two countries.

They also exchanged views on the latest regional and international developments. The Argentina's Foreign Minister welcomed the visit of the UAE Foreign Minister and his accompanying delegation, hoping that the visit would further contribute to strengthening the friendship and cooperation between the UAE and Argentina. 

Shaikh Abdullah signed an agreement on exchanging tax information. The UAE Foreign Minister and Argentina's Foreign Minister also attended the signing of a memorandum of understanding on the establishment of joint business councils between, loan agreement and the guarantee for the Nahave hydropower project.
