National Defense Minister, Yaacoub Sarraf, on Friday stressed that the military institution is the sole authority to determine the timing and place of the tasks entrusted upon it.
Minister Sarraf urged all to avoid engaging in military and security analysis and to stay away from speculation and giving unsubstantiated and groundless information.
Sarraf met respectively with the US Ambassador to Lebanon, Elizabeth Richard, and Spanish Ambassador to Lebanon, Jose Maria Ferre de la Pena, with talks reportedly touching on the general situation in Lebanon and the broader region, in addition to the bilateral ties
